Panda Condos offer 9,600 sq. ft of indoor amenity space and 7,600 sq. ft of outdoor amenities. Panda Condos provide 4 levels of underground parking able to accommodate 241 vehicles and 627 bicycles. The building will also feature a 7,500 sq. ft green roof on the 28th floor, covering the mechanical roofs.
The building’s design reflects the exotic features of the popular panda bear, with a sophisticated “black and white” tower. The façade of the residential storey will also present contrasting geometrical elements – one side with a light, grid-like pattern and the other side with sleek, dark horizontal lines.
