The design is truly gridded with encased glass and punched window sections ascending from a podium of stacked cubes, which will echo the present day character of this ever-growing neighbourhood. The luxury tower would feature a double-height ground floor that includes 6,490-sq-ft., of retail space occupying the frontage along Yonge St., and wrapping around Soudan Avenue’s face as well. This 6.5 metre-high level would also comprise of separate lobbies for the residential and commercial segments above.
