Building Features

The design is truly gridded with encased glass and punched window sections ascending from a podium of stacked cubes, which will echo the present day character of this ever-growing neighbourhood. The luxury tower would feature a double-height ground floor that includes 6,490-sq-ft., of retail space occupying the frontage along Yonge St., and wrapping around Soudan Avenue’s face as well. This 6.5 metre-high level would also comprise of separate lobbies for the residential and commercial segments above. Floors 2 through 6 are scheduled to contain new office spaces, replacing the existing commercial gross floor area in the current 8-storey building.

Above the office element of this high-rise development, floors 7 through 36 would feature the building's 288 residential condominium suites. It’ll include a blend of approximately 108 one bedrooms, 141 two bedrooms, and 39 three bedroom dwellings. Over 60 percent of the building's units would carry two and three bedrooms, retaining in line with the planning policy that intends to keep the neighbourhood liveable for families. Parking will be implemented on 4 levels of underground parking with 155 spaces containing 110 resident parking spaces, 40 commercial parking spots, and two car-share zones. Three additional visitor parking spaces would be located at grade.
