Economic Insights Settings
These settings control the public Economic Insights page: whether it is published, which market it names when explaining the figures, and whether visitors can reach it from your site menu.
Where to find it: Admin → Settings → Economic Insights
What to do
- Turn the page on or off. Turning it off removes it from your site straight away.
- Choose your market. During beta the economic figures cover the Greater Toronto Area.
- Decide whether to add an Economic Insights link to your site menu.
- Save, then open the live preview to check the result.
Good to know
- The site-menu option is only available while the page is turned on, so a menu link can never lead nowhere.
- A research-notes chapter is planned; its option appears here once it is available.
- Setting up the page for the first time happens on the Economic Insights screen, not here.
