Pipeline Reports

Pipeline reports help you understand how deals flow through your sales process and where bottlenecks exist.

Pipeline summary

The summary view shows:

  • Total deals — Number of active deals across all stages
  • Total value — Sum of estimated deal values
  • Average deal size — Mean value per deal
  • Conversion rate — Percentage of leads that reach Closed Won

Stage breakdown

A bar chart shows how many deals sit in each pipeline stage. Look for:

  • Bottlenecks — Stages with an unusually high number of stalled deals
  • Leaks — Stages where deals frequently move to Closed Lost
  • Velocity — How quickly deals move through each stage

Deal velocity

Deal velocity measures the average time a deal spends in each stage:

  • New to Contacted: target under 24 hours
  • Contacted to Showing Booked: target under 7 days
  • Showing Booked to Offer Sent: target under 14 days
  • Offer Sent to Closed: varies by project timeline
If your average time in the "Contacted" stage is over 48 hours, you are likely losing leads to faster-responding competitors. Set a team goal to contact every new lead within 4 hours.

Agent performance

If you have a team, pipeline reports break down performance by agent:

  • Deals per agent
  • Conversion rate per agent
  • Average deal value per agent
  • Response time per agent

Exporting reports

Export pipeline data as CSV for use in spreadsheets or presentations. Go to Admin > Analytics > Pipeline and click Export.
