Set Availability, Timezone, and Buffers
Availability combines your working hours with connected-calendar conflicts and event-type rules.
Where to find it: Admin → Settings → Calendar → Availability
What to do
- Set the timezone that should govern your working hours.
- Choose available days and time ranges.
- Add notice, buffer, and maximum-advance rules where offered.
- Save and open the public booking page in a private window.
- Compare offered slots with known busy times.
Good to know
- A visitor can view times in their own timezone while your schedule remains based on the configured timezone.
- An all-day busy event can block more availability than expected.
