The admin dashboard is your command center. It gives you a snapshot of your business at a glance and quick access to your most common tasks.
Key metrics displayed
- New leads this week — Count of new contacts who submitted a form or signed up
- Active pipeline value — Total dollar value of deals in your pipeline
- Email open rate — Average open rate across your recent campaigns
- Upcoming appointments — Number of meetings scheduled in the next 7 days
Dashboard sections
Recent leads
A list of the most recent contacts added to your CRM, with their source (form, chat, import) and assigned agent.
Pipeline overview
A visual summary of how many deals sit in each stage of your sales pipeline (e.g., New, Contacted, Showing Booked, Offer Sent, Closed).
Task reminders
Tasks due today and overdue tasks are highlighted so you never miss a follow-up.
Quick actions
Buttons for your most common workflows:
- Send campaign — Jump to the email builder
- Add contact — Manually create a new CRM record
- Create task — Assign a follow-up task to yourself or a team member
Customizing the dashboard
You can reorder dashboard widgets by dragging them. Widgets you do not need can be collapsed to save screen space.
