Enabling MLS on Your Site

MLS integration bridges the gap between pre-construction and resale data, giving your visitors a complete market picture.

What MLS integration adds

When enabled, your site gains:

  • Resale and rental listings on the map alongside pre-construction projects
  • Building-level market stats on project pages
  • Resale price comparisons on floorplan pages
  • Comp-based portfolio valuations
  • MLS listing detail pages

Enabling the feature

  1. Go to Admin > Store (the app marketplace)
  2. Find the MLS/IDX Integration app
  3. Click Enable

The feature toggle activates MLS-related components across your site. Data begins syncing within minutes.

MLS integration uses data from the Repliers TRREB REST API. Coverage currently includes all listings in the Toronto Regional Real Estate Board (TRREB) area.

What happens after enabling

  • The daily MLS cron sync begins pulling active listings
  • Building matching runs automatically to link MLS buildings to pre-construction projects
  • Map markers for resale and rental listings appear
  • Project pages show a "Resale Hub" section with building-level MLS data

Disabling MLS

If you want to turn off MLS features, return to the Store and disable the app. All MLS-related UI elements are hidden immediately. Your synced data is preserved in case you re-enable later.
