Collaborator Access
Real estate transactions involve multiple parties. Grant limited access to collaborators so they can view relevant information without full admin access.
Who to invite
Common collaborators include:
- Real estate lawyer — Needs access to APS, amendments, closing documents
- Mortgage broker — Needs purchase price, deposit schedule, occupancy timeline
- Accountant — Needs purchase summary, deposit receipts, cost breakdown
- Co-investing partner — Needs the full portfolio view for shared investments
Inviting a collaborator
- Open the unit detail page
- Click Collaborators > Invite
- Enter the collaborator email address and name
- Select their access level:
- View only — Can see unit details and documents
- Documents — Can see and download documents only
- Full — Can see everything including market valuations and comps
Managing collaborator access
From the Collaborators section, you can:
- View who has access to each unit
- Change access levels
- Revoke access at any time
Collaborator experience
Collaborators receive an email invitation with a link to view the unit. They do not need to create a full account — they authenticate via a magic link sent to their email.
