Using the Blog CMS

The blog helps you attract organic search traffic and demonstrate expertise to potential clients.

Creating a blog post

  1. Go to Admin > Blog
  2. Click New Post
  3. Enter a title, which auto-generates a URL slug
  4. Write your content using the Markdown/MDX editor
  5. Add tags to categorize the post
  6. Set a featured image
  7. Click Publish to make it live, or Save Draft to continue later

Content editor

The editor supports Markdown formatting:

  • Headings — Use ## for H2, ### for H3
  • Bold and italic — **bold** and *italic*
  • Lists — Bullet points and numbered lists
  • Links — [text](url) format
  • Images — Upload or embed by URL
  • Code blocks — For technical content

SEO optimization

Each post has SEO fields:

  • Meta title — The title shown in search engine results
  • Meta description — The snippet shown below the title in search results
  • URL slug — The URL path (auto-generated, but editable)
Write blog posts about topics your clients search for: "Best pre-construction condos in Toronto 2026," "How to buy pre-construction as an investor," or "Top 5 upcoming projects in Mississauga." These posts attract organic traffic that converts into leads.

Managing posts

From the blog admin page you can:

  • View all posts (published and drafts)
  • Edit any post
  • Unpublish a post (reverts to draft without deleting)
  • Delete a post permanently
