Mobile Responsiveness

Over 60% of real estate site traffic comes from mobile devices. Your site is designed to work well on every screen size.

Responsive design

Every page adapts automatically to the visitor screen size:

  • Desktop (1280px+) — Full layout with sidebar, multi-column grids, expanded navigation
  • Tablet (768-1279px) — Adjusted grid with fewer columns, collapsible sidebar
  • Mobile (under 768px) — Single column, hamburger menu, touch-optimized buttons

Mobile-specific features

  • Touch-friendly buttons — All interactive elements are sized for finger taps (minimum 44x44 pixels)
  • Swipeable galleries — Project image galleries support swipe gestures
  • Sticky navigation — The header stays visible as visitors scroll
  • Bottom action bar — Key actions (contact, save, compare) are accessible at the bottom of the screen

Mobile map experience

The map view on mobile uses:

  • Full-screen map with a slide-up panel for project details
  • Simplified clustering for smaller screens
  • Touch-optimized zoom and pan controls
Always test important changes on a real phone, not just a desktop browser resized to a small window. Mobile browsers handle fonts, images, and touch events differently than desktop browsers.

Testing mobile experience

  1. Open your site on your phone
  2. Navigate through the homepage, a project page, and the map
  3. Submit a test form to ensure touch inputs work
  4. Check that images load properly and text is readable without zooming
