Google Calendar Sync

Sync your appointments with Google Calendar so everything appears in one place and you never double-book.

Setting up the integration

  1. Go to Admin > Settings > Integrations
  2. Find Google Calendar and click Connect
  3. Sign in with your Google account and grant calendar permissions
  4. Select which Google Calendar to sync with (you can create a dedicated "Client Meetings" calendar)

Two-way sync

The integration is bidirectional:

  • Site to Google — Appointments booked through your site appear in Google Calendar
  • Google to site — Events you create in Google Calendar block those time slots, preventing double-booking

What syncs

Each synced appointment includes:

  • Meeting title with client name
  • Date, time, and duration
  • Location or virtual meeting link
  • Client contact information in the event description
Google Calendar sync checks for conflicts every 5 minutes. If you block time in Google Calendar, it will be reflected in your available slots within minutes.

Troubleshooting

  • Events not appearing — Ensure you selected the correct calendar during setup
  • Double bookings — Verify that the sync is active (green status indicator in Settings)
  • Permission error — Re-authorize the Google connection from Settings > Integrations

Team calendars

Each team member can connect their own Google Calendar. When round-robin assignment is active, the system checks each agent calendar for availability before assigning a booking.
