Create and Use Smart Lists
A smart list represents rules, not a frozen spreadsheet. Contacts enter or leave the list when their data matches or stops matching.
Where to find it: Admin → Pipeline → Contacts or CRM Lists
What to do
- Choose the filters that describe the group.
- Review the resulting contacts and count.
- Save the filters as a named list with a clear purpose.
- Recheck the list before using it as a campaign audience or workflow input.
Good to know
- A smart list can change between the time you create a campaign and the time you send it.
- Access to team-wide lists may be limited to managers.
