Stripe Billing
If your account includes usage-based billing, Stripe handles metering and payment processing.
How billing works
Your plan may include:
- A base monthly subscription fee
- Usage-based charges for emails sent beyond your plan limit
- Additional fees for premium features (MLS, SMS, etc.)
Viewing your usage
Go to Admin > Settings > Billing to see:
- Current billing period
- Emails sent this period vs. your plan limit
- SMS messages sent (if applicable)
- Estimated charges for the current period
Email metering
Every email sent through campaigns or drip sequences is counted. Your plan includes a monthly email allowance. Emails beyond the limit are charged at a per-email rate.
For example:
- Plan includes 5,000 emails/month
- You send 7,000 emails
- 2,000 overage emails are charged at the per-email rate
Managing your subscription
From the Billing page, you can:
- View invoice history
- Update your payment method
- Upgrade or downgrade your plan
- Download invoices for accounting
Payment methods
Stripe supports credit cards and debit cards. Your card is charged automatically at the end of each billing period.
