Team and Permissions
Control who can access what in your admin dashboard by configuring team roles and permissions.
Role overview

Admin role
Admins have unrestricted access to every feature. They can:
- Manage all contacts, regardless of assignment
- Configure settings and integrations
- Manage team members and roles
- Access all analytics and reports
- Publish and manage blog content
Agent role
Agents see only contacts assigned to them. They can:
- View and manage their own contacts
- Send emails to their contacts
- Manage their own appointments
- View their portfolio clients
- Access their own performance analytics
ISA role
ISAs focus on lead qualification:
- View all contacts in the CRM
- Update contact details and pipeline stages
- Create and complete tasks
- Cannot send campaigns or access settings
Custom permissions
For more granular control, click Customize next to any role to toggle individual permissions on or off.
Audit log
All team member actions are logged. Admins can view the audit log in Settings > Team > Activity to see who did what and when.
