Using the Compare Tool
The compare tool lets your visitors evaluate multiple projects against each other in a structured table format.
Adding projects to compare
There are two ways to add a project to the comparison:
- From any project card — Click the compare icon (overlapping squares) on any project card throughout the site
- From the project detail page — Click the "Add to Compare" button in the hero section
A floating compare bar appears at the bottom of the screen showing the projects selected.
Comparison page
Click Compare Now on the floating bar to open the full comparison page. Up to four projects are displayed side by side with these attributes:
- Project name, developer, and location
- Price range and price per square foot
- Unit count and storey count
- Estimated occupancy date
- Sales status
- Amenities comparison
- Walk score and transit score
Sharing comparisons
Visitors can copy a shareable link to their comparison. This is useful when clients want to send a comparison to their partner, lawyer, or financial advisor before making a decision.
Tips for agents
Proactively create comparison links for your clients. Send them a link comparing the three projects you discussed during a showing — it demonstrates professionalism and keeps the conversation moving.
