How Listings Appear on Your Site
Your site is powered by the Red Bricks Data API, which provides live information on thousands of pre-construction projects across the market.
Automatic data sync
Listing data is fetched from the API and cached on your site with automatic revalidation:
- Home page refreshes every 30 minutes
- Project detail pages refresh every hour
- Floorplan pages refresh every 2 hours
You never need to manually add or update listings. When a new project launches or pricing changes, your site picks up the update on its next cache cycle.
What data is included
Each project listing includes:
- Project name, developer, architect
- Address, city, and neighbourhood
- Sales status (Platinum, VIP, Now Selling, Sold Out, etc.)
- Price range and price per square foot
- Estimated occupancy date
- Gallery images
- Amenities list
- Floorplan data (when available)
The Red Bricks API covers projects across the Greater Toronto Area and beyond. Coverage is expanding to additional markets regularly.
Sales status filtering
Projects are categorized by their current sales status. Your homepage carousels automatically feature projects that are "Platinum Access," "Launching Soon," or "Closing This Year." Category pages let visitors browse by developer, city, neighbourhood, or architect.
