Working with Floorplans
Floorplan pages are where your clients make decisions. Each floorplan detail page is designed to give buyers all the information they need.
Floorplan gallery
On the project page, the floorplan gallery shows all available floorplans with:
- Suite name and model number
- Bedroom and bathroom count
- Square footage
- Price and price per square foot
- Availability status
Visitors can filter floorplans by bedroom count, size range, and price range to quickly narrow down their options.
Floorplan detail page
Clicking a floorplan opens its detail page, which includes:
Floor plan image
A high-resolution image of the suite layout that opens in a lightbox for detailed viewing.
Pricing breakdown
Starting price, price per square foot, and any available pricing notes from the developer.
Mortgage calculator
An interactive calculator pre-filled with the floorplan price. Visitors can adjust the down payment percentage, interest rate, and amortization period to estimate monthly payments.
Floorplan navigation
Visitors can browse through all floorplans in the project without going back to the gallery, using the next/previous navigation.
Resale insights
When MLS is enabled, floorplan pages show resale insights comparing the developer price to current market resale prices for similar units in the same building.
