Understanding Project Detail Pages
Each project on your site has a dedicated detail page that gives visitors comprehensive information.
Page sections
Hero area
The top of the page shows the project name, developer, sales status badge, price range, and estimated occupancy. A gallery of project images can be browsed in a lightbox.
Key details
A summary card displays unit count, storeys, address, architect, and sales office information.
Floorplan gallery
If the developer has released floorplans, they appear in a filterable gallery. Visitors can filter by bedroom count, price range, and square footage.
Amenities
A visual grid of amenities (gym, pool, concierge, rooftop, etc.) extracted from the project data.
Location and map
An embedded map showing the project location, nearby transit, schools, and points of interest.
yoursite.com/projects/the-grand-tower.Similar projects
At the bottom, a carousel of similar projects based on location, price range, and developer helps keep visitors exploring.
Building resale hub
If MLS integration is enabled, the project page also shows a resale hub with active resale and rental listings in the same building, providing a complete market picture.
