Create a Reusable Listing Section

Listing Sections let you keep editorial headings, descriptions, images, and building order while active MLS listings refresh automatically.

Where to find it: Admin → Content → Listing Sections

What to do

1. Choose New Listing Section and enter its internal name and public introduction.
2. Select the sale or lease rules and any supported price, bedroom, bathroom, or property-type filters.
3. Search for one building or paste an address list, including the correct municipality.
4. Review every exact building match, add the buildings, and drag them into the intended order.
5. Add optional tenant-owned imagery and editorial copy, mark the section Ready to use, and save it.
6. Open Content → Pages and add the saved Listing Section to a custom page.

Good to know

• A building with no matching active inventory keeps its editorial context instead of borrowing listings from a nearby address.
• VOW-restricted listing details remain locked for anonymous visitors and are available only through the existing signed-in experience.
• Editing a reusable section updates each page that references it. Remove page placements before deleting a section.
