Appointment Scheduling
The appointment system lets clients book meetings with you directly from your site or via a shared booking link.
Setting up your availability
- Go to Admin > Appointments > Availability
- Set your working hours for each day of the week
- Set buffer time between appointments (e.g., 15 minutes)
- Block off specific dates for vacations or personal time
Appointment types
Create different appointment types for different purposes:
- Discovery Call — 15 minutes, virtual, for new leads
- Project Consultation — 30 minutes, virtual or in-person
- Showing — 60 minutes, in-person at the sales centre
- Contract Review — 45 minutes, with a specific location
Each type can have its own duration, location, and description.
Booking flow
- A visitor clicks Book a Meeting on your site
- They select an appointment type
- They choose a date and time from your available slots
- They enter their name, email, and phone number
- Both you and the client receive a confirmation email
Add your booking link to your email signature. Every email you send becomes an opportunity for clients to book a meeting with one click.
Managing appointments
View all appointments in Admin > Appointments. From here you can:
- Confirm, reschedule, or cancel appointments
- Add notes before the meeting
- Mark appointments as completed afterward
- View the linked contact CRM record
