Send and Receive SMS
SMS is available when your account has the required phone setup and your user has access to a number.
Where to find it: Admin → Communications → Inbox
What to do
- Open the contact conversation in Inbox.
- Select the SMS channel and confirm the destination number.
- Write a concise message and send.
- Review replies in the same conversation.
- Respect consent, quiet hours, and opt-out instructions.
Good to know
- Long messages and some characters can use more than one SMS segment.
- Never continue marketing texts after a valid opt-out.
